Service Associate Representative

To provide daily coordination and facilitation on productivity to Service Managers for remotely located field technicians, and frontline liaison with customer maintenance issues and promote company policies and guidelines are followed in meeting the scopes of customer contracts. Provide other related responsibilities dispatching, scheduling, reporting, billing and analytical skills to maintain and foster a positive vision of the organization’s mission of customer service excellence under the direction of the Service Manager’s.  Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in billing and/or maintenance administration or in a related similar field. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient in Excel and Word; work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; continually striving to exceed expectations of customer service and be able to multi task with attention to detail. Update Service Manager’s daily on all field related activities and establish the appropriate chain of command is followed on all employee relation issues/concerns from field personnel as directed by management.

QA/QC Generator

Responsible to work closely with all levels of the organization to define the immediate and long term strategies that support the business objectives. Implements the company quality management program by establishing and managing the Generator program in accordance with the company policy and in partnering with the HVAC QA/QC person, that meets or exceeds all current company, client, and industry standards and requirements. Experience: 4-year degree in constructions or related technical field (or equivalent experience) and 5-7 years’ experience in the field of quality, including 3 years of supervisory experience; OSHA 30 hours Construction Industry Certification (preferred); must have presentation, training and development skills; must be able to support in all aspects of maintenance recruiting and retention; strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment; excellent time management skills and reporting; computer literate; moderate to heavy travel required; self-motivated/self-starter can take initiative, work independently with minimum supervision.

Sr. Service Technicians (multiple markets)

To provide preventive maintenance and maintenance services to customers’ cell site equipment for discipline assigned. Position requires all technicians to be on call on a rotational basis 24/7 as required to meet customer fulfillment. Ensures all company and customer policies and guidelines are followed in meeting the scope and expectations of customer contracts. Ensures safe and reliable operations in day-to-day responsibilities (i.e. vehicle and personal safety). Provides coaching and first level technical support to field technicians (in person or by telephone). Actively participates on employee technical council to provide input on quality, training and technical support. Consistently has a high productivity rate, ensures all assigned service calls and Preventative Maintenance visits are completed according to schedule. Ensures that all work meets or exceeds customer quality standards and is completed on time, every time. Ensures all repair/service and preventative maintenance tickets are thorough and accurate. Tracks and reports technical support activities to Technical Support Project Manager on a weekly basis. Adheres to ALL corporate compliance policies and procedures. Ensures all paperwork is accurate and completed on time, every time (i.e. weekly timesheets, weekly expense reports, weekly Visa packets, monthly vehicle inspections, work tickets). Develops and maintains positive customer relationships with customer field engineers and provides timely solutions to customer concerns. Escalates technical issues to second level as necessary, including technical recommendations and recurring issues. Updates or includes appropriate management when needed or required with customer or employee relation issues. Other assigned duties or responsibilities as directed by management. High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid certification from a recognized, accredited institution (if required). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the discipline assigned (HVAC, Generator). Must be EPA certified (HVAC). Experience with equipment manufacturers used at customer sites for their specific discipline. 25% – 30% Travel is required.

PM/HVAC Tech

Currently seeking PM Techs in Shreveport, LA; Alexandria, TX; Lafayette, LA; Beaumont, TX; Ft. Worth, TX; Houston, TX.  PM Tech is to provide preventive maintenance for customers’ cell site equipment. Position on-call availability may be required for emergencies on nights, weekends and/or during severe storm situations or as required to meet customer fulfillment.  Ensures all company and customer policies and guidelines are followed in meeting the scope and expectations of customer contracts.  Ensures safe and reliable operations in day-to-day responsibilities (i.e. vehicle and personal safety).  Consistently has a high productivity rate, ensures all assigned service calls and Preventative Maintenance visits are completed according to schedule. Ensures that all work meets or exceeds customer quality standards and is completed on time, every time. Ensures all preventative maintenance tickets are thorough and accurate. Adheres to ALL corporate compliance policies and procedures. Ensures all paperwork is accurate and completed on time, every time (i.e. weekly timesheets, weekly expense reports, weekly Visa receipts, monthly vehicle inspections, work tickets). Develops and maintains positive customer relationships with customer field engineers and provides timely solutions to customer concerns. Escalates technical issues to a Service Technician or Senior Service Technician as appropriate, including all recurring issues. Other assigned duties or responsibilities as directed by management. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to gain a valid certification from a recognized, accredited institution (if required). Minimum of 1-year experience in the discipline assigned (HVAC, Generator, Shelter) or educational equivalent. Some experience with equipment manufacturers used at customer sites for their specific discipline.  Must be computer literate.  Proven track record of high level performance. Adherence to purchasing procedures and approval process. Physical requirements may include lifting (approximately 50 lbs); climbing; bending or stooping; regular exposure to weather conditions; extended periods of walking/sitting. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Ability to generate additional revenue opportunities (ex.: HVAC, Generator, Grounding, landscape, and Shelter issues). Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required and overtime as requested with manager’s approval.

HVAC Technician

Evansville, IN; Alexandria, TX; Lafayette, LA; Jackson, MS; Baton Rouge, LA; New Orleans, LA; and Houston, TX. The HVAC Tech must possess commercial service and maintenance experience in HVAC; must be able to troubleshoot; EPA certified; 2-3+ years’ experience; must be able to travel; Ensures all paperwork is accurate and completed on time, every time (i.e. weekly timesheets, weekly expense reports, weekly Visa packets, monthly vehicle inspections, work tickets). Develops and maintains positive customer relationships with customer field engineers and provides timely solutions to customer concerns. Escalates technical issues to a Senior Service Technician as necessary, including all recurring issues. Other assigned duties or responsibilities as directed by management.

Generator Technician

Evansville, IN; Waco, TX; Ft. Worth/Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Knoxville, TN.  Must be a self-starter with a minimum 3 years’ experience. Strong knowledge of operation, maintenance & troubleshooting diesel driven generators, load banks & electrical control systems. Strong transfer switches knowledge, experience a plus. Must have strong interpersonal skills to coordinate major repairs with other technicians. Responsible to install, test, repair, & adjust transfer switches & perform major repairs on units. Must be able to travel.
